Welcome to Howitt Middle School Guidance
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, developmental guidance and counseling program that reflects the goals of the New York State Standards. Based on the student’s grade level and need, each student is assigned to a school counselor who works with the student for all three years and monitors their progress throughout each school year. The counselors are an integral part of the grade level learning communities providing academic, social, and emotional support for the students of Howitt Middle School.
