Dalers Make Waves with Recycled Rafts
Students enrolled in Farmingdale High School’s AP Physics class participated in the 8th Annual Recycled Raft Regatta. The teams designed boats and paddles from recycled materials to support their weight and stay afloat while racing across the competition pool at the Aquatic Center. Every team must submit an engineering notebook that includes daily tasks, photos, initial design sketches, calculations, and concluding thoughts as part of the project
